It's very strange--we had flash flood rains a few weeks ago, and this area was damp again. However, for numerous other rains over the months, no problem. It first showed up earlier in the year, so inconsistent (no matter what angle the car is parked on, flat, etc). It's in a very strange spot (the baking soda area just above the b-pillar), so if it was identifiable as a sunroof problem, there would be a trail on other parts of the headliner.
