NOx Sensor Issue (P2202)

Onto another problem that I can use your expertise. I have been getting a P2202 error code (CEL) on and off (mostly off) since I purchased the car a couple of years ago. According to what I read, P2202 is NOx Sensor Circuit Low Bank 1. Here is what I have checked: 1. Removed both the front and back NOx sensors on exhaust and both looked clean.
