How to enable HID in ‘05 E320?

I installed a set of OE HID headlights from a '06 E350 sedan in my '05 E320 wagon. Plug-n-play except for the silent movie flicker. I read about tolerable flicker but this is disco strobe. Is there a step-by-step guide to enabling HID mode using SDS or can someone guide me through the process? I can get to the CGW screen then I'm lost. Or maybe that's not where I should start. Thanks.
