Hey guys, I'm restoring a 1960 w111 220s at the moment and just got a 1964 w110 as a parts car. Turned out the w110 was in a lot better shape than I expected and has less rust than my w111, I was going to cut floor panels, trunk floor etc. I'm now thinking it would be easier to do a body swap.
Has anyone done this?
As they are basically the same from firewall back I'm wanting to put the nose cone, subframe, engine on the w110 body as I prefer the w111 styling.
is this an option?
