Electrical GREMLIN

Hi how is it going every body my w163 2004 ml350 has a weird electrical GREMLIN that appears when you turn on the auto lights or even just put the stalk on the high beam position it turns on the instrument cluster to the 2nd position[ just before starting the car] and displays start error. I have changed the fuse box but still the problem remains.Note that with the previous fuse box when you connect the battery it does the same exact problem so you have to disconnect the battery also it used...
