what to save...? stripping a w210

I have a 2001 E320 wagon I am pillaging. I am wondering what components / modules should be pulled??🤪 I have got the MAF, Trans module, EIS,ESL,& CPU. I just I just don't want to send anything good or expensive away ... Thank you!
