Need 4 cheap 14" tires

My $800 R107 (rescue) has 18 yr old Michelins on it. It runs now and drives, getting it to pass smog is the next obstacle. Just need tires on it safe enough to test drive. Still has brake booster issue, vac leaks, exhaust leak at #1, and I sold off the HVAC stuff and rear seats for $1100 to fund it all. It's my pandemic puzzle to keep me busy. Selling frame and top for $700 to fund the rest ( I have a hardtop). I just want to drive it with the top down. Not interested in spending... Need 4 cheap 14" tires
