Rear Headrest Stuck in the up Position!! Update

Ok everyone I have searched all the topics on here for the rear headrests getting stuck in the up position. I have tried several things to correct the issue. I have tried holding the button on the dashbord for 8 seconds for it to reset, then tried to lower them. NO LUCK I have tried disconnecting the battery for a few seconds to reset everything, sensors and everything. Still did not work. Does anyone have any other ideas on how to fix this?
