Have a leased M550 2020 and it only has 5300 miles on it. Was sitting for 3 days instead of being driven. Started it this morning and got a low coolant light!!
Bought the new H-12 BMW coolant from the dealer and it was low by 1qt.
1.) I know Im supposed to dilute it, but I didn***8217;t have any distilled water and did not want to drive it low. So I filled it with 1qt full coolant. Will this harm anything?
2.) Why did I lose coolant in such a low mileage car already?? Not running it like crazy, just normal daily commuting.
3.) if it does go down again, I will get it checked out, but I assume I should put water in it next time since Im already 1qt ahead with coolant
