Lights out

A buyer came to look at my 380 today and during the checkout phase we both noticed the dash lights didn't light up when the key is turned. None of the lights work. since all are out my guess is bad ground or something like that. Any ideas where to start ? My son is coming down tomorrow to help me a bit. So, I got a worker bee to help.
