I seem to have a 2004 CL500 burn blower motor fuse terminal. My fuse was not melted but one end of the fuse looked burnt - thus I was told I am getting volts but no amperage (I checked voltage from climate control) and after replacing several blower regulators pulled the fuse to look and one end of the fuse looks burnt. I was given these instructions which are not clear as least not to me - like what tool I need to replace the terminal. these are the instructions:
