New issue this week. I tried to start the E70 after an essential shop at Costco and everything was normal until I hit the start button to turn over the engine, the engine just made a clunk noise and didn't start. Tried a few more times with no luck, tried putting the keys in but still just a clunk.
Turned everything off and back on, same again, then turned everything off, locked the car, unlocked and it started first time.
Took it to Halfords (I'm a key worker so need it working) for a free check up and they said it was the battery as it was only at 16% life, so replaced the battery, went to pick it up got in the drivers seat and boom, CLUNK!
So not the battery, any further thoughts?
