BMW E90 No crank No Start

Hello expert, ;)

I have a big issue with my 330D E90 M57N 2006, no crack and no start :thumbdown

The issue began one day with a bad battery, Using a battery charger the car became crazy... I mean without key igniton on, wipers activate, display on screen etc... ???
No possibiliy to stop wipers, only disconnect negative IBS...:mad0260::mad0260::mad0260:

I Bought a new battery. Using ista only obd code 9518 dsc steering column - - windscreen wiper switch

But i have no cranck no start :confused0068:

on CAS exit (black wire direct to starter) nothing !!! Stay on 0V :thumbdown

i Tried cas dde alignment
Replace start stop button
Replace key reader
Brake switch is ok
No error on egs ecu
replace cas relay
reset offical bmw software on CAS using NCS expert
disconnect blue ibs connector
nothing works !!!!!! :thumbdown:thumbdown:thumbdown

Even if there is no error inside, i thnnk the cas became wrong !
When i tried flashing using WinKfp on CAS i have a flashing error...

really strange

ohter thing, start stop button stay orange 10 or 15 minutes after closing car
Key is locked inside the reader more than 30 sec after car closure...

any idea please ???
