Please advise, my 2006 c180 kompressor lost power started misfiring and eventually wouldn't start. After my backyard mechanic checked he said the problem was the tensioner and the timing chain was loose. After a month he charged the tentioner and shortened a stretched timing chain by 2 links, set the timing according to the marks but the car won't start. Please advise.
