1968 280S (w108) - bringing out of hibernation - NEED HELP !

1968 MB 280S (Dual Zenith Carbs) - 4spd Manual on the Column - that has been sitting for at least 4 years from PO - I'm restoring and since the engine didn't really have much wear, I'm keeping it all original.........but waking this one up has been difficult and I'm looking for some expert advice.
