M104 Accelerator Throttle Spring

1994 E320 wagon with about 190k miles. While I was working on adjusting the quality of the transmission shifts (they were too hard, thread is here: https://www.benzworld.org/threads/almost-fixed-1994-e320-wagon-harsh-shifts.3130597/#post-18675434 ), I decided to adjust the transmission pressure cable to make sure the timing of the shifts were correct. Use Paddle Shift When Setting Off

Hi all, Just a quick one really! Wanted to see if anyone knows how to change the settings of a Mercedes C Class paddle shifters so that they work when you use the + whilst the vehicle is in park and drives off. Usually the only way to set off is to put it in D from the side of the steering wheel. (preferably the w205 model!) Bauplate Bolts

Help!!! Hood won't lock/close completely

Today I popped the hood to fill the washer fluid and when I went to close it, it wouldn't lock. Tried it numerous times and still won't lock shut. So now it's basically only being partially held down by the release latch. Pretty big safety hazard if I try and drive at high speeds. Anyone have any suggestions?? Nothing seems to be broken, misaligned or obstructing it from closing all the way.

Coolant Leaking into Cowl?

1991 420SEL Symptom: Coolant leaking from cowl drains behind front tires and center; emptying coolant reservoir. Car near overheating. Background: Windshield replaced by Safelite on Tuesday. Leak occurred immediately after. My Repair: I thought the "glass technician" damaged the "Windshield Heater Element" under the glass, but I have not [yet] removed the plastic cowl cover.
