Engine Oil and Transmission Fluid change recommendations for 2008 E320 Bluetec

Taking a poll here: Do you prefer 0W30 or 5W30 for your OM642? I live in a temperate area of the USA with temperatures ranging from 0F to 100F. My car has 180,000 miles on it and I am using 5W30. It definitely can be a little hard to start on very cold days, but I like the added viscosity given the age of the engine for our hot summer days. Probably not much difference between the two though.
