Steering wheel vibration

Since I have purchased my car,the steering wheel has been vibrating, which I was OK, planning to fix it. I know this has been covered... and actually, I have done almost everything that seemed to be a solution for it. So my first bet was the alignment and balance, which did not help. Then I've put brand new Toyo tires, and they rebalanced the wheels, and checked the alignment in order to approve the 50k mile warranty. After I drove off the tire shop, it seemed better, but at 55+ mph it was... Steering wheel vibration
