M119 wobble at idle and rocking when changing gears

Hey W140 members. I had no luck on this post in the R129 forum so I'm trying my luck here as we have the same engine and transmission. My 1997 SL500 shakes at idle and the shaking is like a few small shudders then a few big shudders and oscillates. I can feel it in the seat and under my feet or if I rest my leg on the door. It's not "vibrating" and there is no vibration in the steering wheel and the shuddering itself is not too bad but noticeable. Car mileage is 123,000 km. –Both engine...
