W140 M104 2.8 Water pump bearing

Hey guys, Got my first car, and it is 1996. W140! Have problem with water pump bearing, it is noisy, and the question is, can i change only bearing inside pump, or i should change entire water pump? Can someone send me part no also for water pump, after googling it, there seems like are diffrent water pumps. Thank you in advance!
