How long before my battery dies?

Hello everyone I have had my car (w205, 220D) since 2016 without any trouble. Unfortunetily for me i was a bit to happy with the throttle wich resulted in the police taking my drivers license so i cant drive my car for 3 months. Will my car battery survive for 3 months just sitting on the parking lot?
