Headlight suggestions

Hoping someone may have some tips for me on aftermarket LED headlight bulbs (H4) for the gen 1 Euro housing. I drive out into the middle of nowhere regularly so I'm looking for something with low beams that don't blind other drivers but brights that are truly eyeball melting. I cheaped out and purchased these. The low beams are pretty kickass but the high beams are totally worthless. AUXITO H4 9003 LED Headlight... Headlight suggestions
