Camshaft timing problem PO1200 and 1208

I had both these codes stored in memory. The check engine light is coming on and off. Sometimes it goes away for a few days, but will then come on and go off, sometimes in the same day. I read the cam timing sensors with a scanner when the light was off and this is what I am seeing out of the ECU. at idle at 2500 rpm exhaust left -19.95 deg 3.46 deg exhaust right -19.98 deg 3.40 deg intake left +36.27 deg +32.7...
