Cluster lights, Rear Right Tailight and license plate light on W202 Not working

Hi. I have a W202 C200 2000 model. Recently the Cluster lights, console lights, right rear Tailight and license plate light isn't working. I have tried to replace the fuse (#24) but it keeps blowing. I'm unaware of how I should go forward. Any Solutions
