Will these Monoblocks fit ?

Sorry if this question has been asked numerous times, but Im having trouble understanding offsets and "the Chart" that folks seem to refer too. Im looking to see if an real AMG monoblock 7.5 inch with a 42 offset will fit my 95 E300. Just looking for a direct swap for my 15's. The AMG's part number starts with a 124 so Im thinking they will fit but I defer to you guys who know a whole lot more than I do about offsets. Can someone help? Thanks in Advance.
