Should be a pretty quick question. I sent away for a rebuilt ACC panel (Programa, via Autohaus) and got it in and noticed the heat not working with the new one. Took a look at the monovalve voltage with my trusty Fluke and the valve seemed to be getting 0v or 12v depending on position. I noticed with the monovalve unplugged during the test, at 0v to the monovalve I'm getting lots of heat - so that seemed to indicate the new ACC panel. In retrospect maybe I could have documented those values...
