C55 right primary cat replacement

Picked up a 2005 C55 with some front end damage. Car went off the road and tore up the front end but my main concern was the damage done to the right side primary cat (one off the manifold). At first I thought (hoped) it could be welded but upon further review the damage is larger than I thought and part of the actual honeycomb is broken off. Is OE my only option?
