Are Service Advisor paid on commission?

Hi, I just have a very quick question with a very quick answer... Are Service Advisor paid on commission? the reason I ask is because I went for an inspection, then less than a month later I went in for a repair.... during the inspection for the repair... the advisor found so many other repairs that needs to be done that was not found on the previous inspection done a couple of weeks before. So, its either the first inspection was not done correctly, or the second inspection done during... Are Service Advisor paid on commission?
