1991 560SEL W124 high idle

Cold start - idle good at 6K rpms. No dash lights Car runs and heats up, or hot start - idle speed goes way up to 15K+ and dash warning lights also go on at same time for ABS and ASR. Cleaned ICV - no help. Please advise!!
