After a few years of trying to resolve this rough running SL I think Finally it might be resolved. These are the steps performed to try to eliminate shaking rough running especially during start.
Replaced fuel Injectors from MB qualified Mechanic. Did not resolve.
Replaced Motor mounts, Sub frame and Transmission Mounts. Several thousand dollars. Did not resolve.
Overload protection relay, replaced No Change.
Replaced idle control valve with new. No resolve
EGR sensor replaced. No resolve...
