I've heard some folks say that the high revving six in the 300se can get kind of noisy at highway speeds and some folks have had a different differential put in them so they rev lower, hence less engine strain and noise. Is this advisable and has anyone done so with good result.
Secondly, I know that interior changed in 1990 to a different upholstery pattern. Is the new seating more comfortable and supportive than the prior version. I don't have a great lower back, so that's why I'm asking...
