2013 vito 116cdi coolant temperature.

Hi guys. New to this forum but thought I would give this a go recently brought my new 116 vito awesome bit of kit its my 3rd 639 model however my coolant temperature on the dash has been reading 100 degrees on a run. 70mph it climes just over 100 but then drops down to 90/95 always flutuating so I had the thermostat changed didn't sort it! Replaced the radiator again no different any one had the same issue? Or is this normal? Racking my brains with it. Only good thing is it settles on tick... 2013 vito 116cdi coolant temperature.
