Just sitting here browsing, windy and p*****ing down outside, noticed this video that may be of interest, I know nobby and other have rebuilt their seats but the SL shop (I have no connection with them) have manufactured a sprung replacement base.. not cheap but interesting video.. they also make a foam base to replace the horsehair one
just skip the adds….
