Power antenna question

Greetings all, I need some help figuring how to spool the antenna mast plastic cable around the wheel inside the antenna motor housing. Currently the cable is pinched between the wheel/ pulley and the spring loaded idler and it is above the pulley, but it dos no spool right when retracting. Please see the attached picture. I am sure something is amiss. Thanks Ken
