EQC 400 issues

Hi, I'm hoping for some help where 2 Mercedes dealers service departments cannot. I've only had my car 5 weeks and already it has been in the service department 3 times. I get a loud clicking noise whenever I release the brake pedal or put my foot on the throttle/take it off of the throttle. It's not a nice car to drive as this noise is loud and persistent. Mercedes replaced a part somewhere around the front axle area, but this has done nothing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
