s350 tensioner gone bad

So I went under the hood and heard a metal rattling sound when idle. Yikes! @#%&# At first I was convinced it had to be a broken part in the head somewhere, but after careful examination with a torch I saw the tensioner rattling like it's somewhat loose in there. A little relieved I gotta say that it's 'just' the tensioner. So I'm seeing a lot of options from a Ridex for 35 bucks to a Febi for 75, Meyle 95 to a Dayco(???) for 333!! Any suggestions?
