Dave, I own a 2014 C300 in the United States and I hear that you have an email template that has helped many get their subframes replaced at no cost to them. I am still shocked to hear the news that my subframe has jokes in it bc I had just serviced my car at the dealership not even 9 months ago. I would also like to see how many people would be interested in creating a class action suit against the company for not stepping up for their customers in the USA. Thanks for your help.
