2004 R230/SL600 Belly pan-undercarriage components

Hi Fellow Benz'ers - I have a 2004 SL600 that appears to be missing one of the panels underneath? and I guess one is slightly torn? I took my local MB dealers word on this and he ordered "something". but with out the ability to get underneath it myself - how many are actually under the cart? anyone have a schematic >? Part numbers? Any idea if aftermarket if available - or stick with OEM? they quoted me about $780. I am pretty crazy about keeping everything in tip top shape.
