A couple of questions

Hey guys, I'm new to this forum and I'm very unknowledgeable about cars and I hope I can find some answers for my questions. I just bought used Mercedes b180 (2013) and some things are really confusing to me. 1. The first problem(?) I noticed is that the rear wiper not always work. It only works when I turn on the car after 8+ hours of not driving. If I turn off and on again the rear wipers just won't work (even when I spray the window). Could this be bigger problem then just a wiper part... A couple of questions
