Rear red bulb

Hi folks, I noticed my rear red bulb recently stopped working. Please tell me if those tail bulbs are replaceable individually or only all together? I watched a video recently where a guy replaced the whole bottom bulb cluster because he couldn't remove the individual bulb from that cluster. I just need to confirm if it's true or not.
