New to S430

Hello, I've just purchased a 2000 S430 that has been taken care of by a little not so old lady and maintained very nicely. I apologize in advance for such a rudimentary question, but here goes. The car when previous owner bought the car it only had one license plate on the back. When I looked at the front bumper there were no signs of a front plate mount no holes in the bumper. I did a ebay check on front license plate mounts and they appear necessary to drill a couple holes for wood screw... New to S430
