Bluetooth for a 2006 CLK 500

The car currently has an after market Parrot system which is dead and cannot be repaired. The car does not have the feature that allows the MB Converter for Bluetooth to be installed. What after market system do you recommend that I should install ? ( I do not want to change the look of the interior and I don't want AirPlay)
