RESTED NTG4 COMMAND OF C250-2008 - DATA LOST AND CANNOT GET INTO THE EMC MODE

Hi guys, Need help in restoring the Audio setting of my W204 C250 2008 Japan. I bought a w204 C250 2008 6Cylinder imported from Japan. The system navigation disappeared and I could not select an FM frequency manually after I changed a few settings to get the FM frequency, by mistake reset the system and even though it alerted me that the data would be lost but now I cannot go into the EMC mode.
