How to remove plastic trim on C-pillar

Hi, I am about to replace the plastic trim panels that sits on the C-pillars next to the rear window. This because they look bad. I am now wondering if someone knows how to remove them. Do you slide the down or upwards or do you need to remove the inside covering to loosen some screws. It is the detail with number 110 in the picture. //Bjorn
