suspension "clunking"

I have a 2015 E350 4Matic Wagon and recently I have noticed a subtle clunking that seems to be in the front suspension. The car currently has about 107,000 miles on it and I replaced the sway bar links on the front with Delphi replacement parts at about 99,000 miles. What is the procedure for checking to see if these need to be relpaced on the front or rear? Thanks!
