Coolant Leak / Drip, Drip, Drip, ...

I noticed a coolant leak which was collecting at the bottom of my passenger side front bumper just in front of the wheel. Looking down from the top, and taking out the window washing tank, I saw no visible signs of a leak and no wet area. Reaching around under the car, after detaching the two push button clips holding a cover to the front bumper I felt what I think is a tank next to the car horns.
