When the sunroof is closed, the right side is slightly higher than the left in the back. When the sunroof is propped up and I try to slightly pry it up with my hand, the right side flexes and goes up, the left side is firm. It appears the lifting arm slipped off from the rail, but I cannot figure out how to disassemble the sunroof, since the first step calls for opening the roof and removing the lining. I can't even remove the lining.
