'10 Bluetec w164 spare tire solutions

I'm sure I'm late to the party here....but my searches have come up net zero so far. Looking for creative solutions for 'Spare Tire' in a 2010 ML Bluetec...... 1) I believe on 2013 and newer MLs they moved the tank so you can have a spare again.....anyone know or tried to retrofit the Adblue tank or mod for the 2013 versions? ......different or newer body I know but thought it worth asking.. 2) Heard non-US ML Bluetec had a 'spare' factory option.....Anyone know what that might be or how...
