It's been sitting out of Turo for almost an year now because of the wave recall. OTA update not been received and the recall still remain in my vehicle. I went to the dealership they said it's not their responsibility to do the recall as it's done by OTA. Then I called Mercedes and they said they can't do anything because the software is from some other company 🤯 what exactly I should do? I couldn't believe such a big company treating this just like nothing and they don't have solution.
