Ground locations?

Hi gang, new member! Thanks for having me! So i have a 2007 clk350 that i am upgrading the stock electrical system to support my aftermarket stereo. I'm working on the big 3/4 upgrade and can't seem to track down all the ground points. Chassis to battery is obvious, but i can't find the engine to chassis ground. Can anyone help me out?
